A New Way
After 23 years of working on thousands of student evaluations, we set out to build a better way. We looked to infuse our real-world, street-level SPED experience into modern, project management software.
And now with Covid wreaking havoc on school, personnel and budget resources, doing things better is more timely than ever.

Simple, straightforward licensing. Buy only what your district needs – scale up or down any time.
Listo users are divided into two, easily identified license groups: Doers and Viewers.
-Doers
Doers are the folks on the evaluation team actively using the application on a daily basis – adding, executing on, and managing student evaluations across schools and districts. These are paid seat licenses.
-Viewers
Viewers are periodic or temporary users of the application. Parents (plus any advocates) and higher-level administrators and district management (i.e. district superintendents) fall into this category. These seat licenses are free.

At Listo, we’ve married 23 years of special ed expertise with 20 years of software design and distribution to solve a universal problem for school districts. Ivonne A Watson MS
Listo is founded by Ivonne Watson, a 23-year bilingual school psychologist with deep connections throughout California and National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). Ivonne’s extensive special education assessment and evaluation experience provides Listo with a street-level understanding of the universal challenges to SPED teams that Listo is solving. Ivonne’s focus is product design, customer success, and SPED community evangelism.
K.C. Watson
Listo is co-founded by K.C. Watson, a co-founder and former 8-year CEO of Silicon Valley enterprise SaaS company Sherpa Digital Media. At Sherpa, K.C. led all go-to-market strategy and execution – securing contracts at global brands including Disney, Apple, BlackRock, Levi’s, Tyson Foods, and Barclays. K.C. raised $11 million in equity capital during his tenure from prominent individuals and Silicon Valley venture funds. K.C.’s focus at Listo is go-to-market, operations, and administration.
